- Able to adapt to long-term overseas priority (Germany)
- Must have overseas e-commerce work experience, such as Lazada, Shopee, etc;

- Strong ability to withstand pressure and expand business;

- Establish and carry out management work including personnel selection and retention within the organization
- Lead the team to ensure the achievement of performance indicators, including key indicators such as sales volume, profit, and category structure
- Evaluate the performance output of team members and provide solutions for improvement
- Cross departmental cooperation to ensure smooth and compliant sales operations
- Coordinate and solve practical business difficulties to ensure operational efficiency
