Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in managing daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and discretion.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external partners.
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks.
Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system.
